Another Satisfied SSCE Customer!

"I recently bought one of your off-the-shelf 585 cubic inch "Super Pro" racing engines. I installed it in a '94 Beretta with a power glide transmission. The car weights 2,370 lbs. and is a legal Top Sportsman car. NHRA does not run Top Sportsman class at national events, so I entered the Houston O'Rielly Nationals in the Super Gas class.

On my second time trial, I forgot to turn on the throttle stop. I was leaving on a 5200 chip and the car ran 7.601 with a

1. 093 60-foot time. This is faster than a Texas engine builder advertised earlier in the year for his product.

I also saved about four thousand dollars by buying the engine from you. So, for the price and the most power, I highly recommend Steve Schmidt Racing engines.
