STEVE SCHMIDT IS BACK!

Steve Schmidt Competition Engines would like to announce that we have started our new building, and expansion is under way.

Steve felt a need to give even better service and more production to our customers. Since he is not going to race a car out of our shop, we decided that a shop geared toward building the finest racing engines available is what we want to provide.

There has been a lot of rumors circulating about our association with Schumacher Racing and we were not able to elaborate on it until now. The deal is finished and we have sold the existing race car shop to Schumacher Racing. Steve had to stay at Schumacher Racing for a couple of weeks during the transition but is now back full time at Steve Schmidt Competition Engines. Steve can be reached from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday thru Saturday at the same phone number as always. 317-898-1831!

We are completely operational at the present time. We have bought all new equipment and up-dated existing equipment. We are now operating at full capacity (as of 11-1-2004). We will be adding more CNC capabilities and be up-grading existing machining operations so they will be ready to move into our new building when finished.

We have hired several more machinist and engine specialist to better serve our customers. We have also hired an on-sight engineer to help us develop even more new and exciting products. Steve has designed several new cylinder head and engine combinations to be released in 2005. Steve and his staff have also reworked a lot of our existing combinations to make even more power.
